Electrical services

EICR

An electrical installation condition report (EICR) is used to identify defects, deterioration, damages and/or conditions which may indicate potential danger, as well as providing recommendations for improvement within a given property. The Landlord’s Electrical Safety Certificate is also accepted as a valid EICR.

Emergency Light Certificate

An Emergency Light Certificate is a document issued to confirm that emergency lighting systems in a building comply with relevant safety standards and legal requirements. It is often required for workplaces, commercial properties, and public buildings to ensure safety in the event of a power failure or emergency.

Portable appliance testing

Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
