1. Prices

1.1. The prices for our products or services are listed on our website or provided through an official quotation. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed. 
1.2. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling, and any applicable taxes, fees, costs will be clearly itemised during the checkout process or in your quotation. 

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payment for products or services can be made via bank transfers, or other payment methods as specified on our website or in our official quotations. 
2.2. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorise us to charge the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees, to your chosen payment method. 
2.3. For recurring services, you will be billed according to the terms specified during the initial setup or as outlined in a separate agreement. 
2.4. If your payment is declined or fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of products or services until payment is received.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated on our website or provided in writing in a separate agreement. 
3.2. Cancellation policies, you are entitled to cancel your order. But, not later than 36 hrs before the engineer is due for the visit to your property. Depending on the product or service, certain cancellation fees or restrictions may apply. 
Non attendance or call out charge will be applied at a rate of £40 if the engineer cannot carry out the job, (due to access issues etc) 
Unfortunately, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances we might have to rearrange scheduled date. While we are committed to our engagement and fully understand the importance of the arranged date/ time slot. 

4. Late Payments

4.1. In the event of late payment, we may charge a late fee, as permitted by applicable laws. 
4.2. If you fail to make a payment within a specified time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products or services. 

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

5.1. If you believe there is an error in any charge made by us, you must contact us within 48 hrs to address the issue. We will investigate the matter and make necessary adjustments if required. 
5.2. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the suspension or termination of your account or access to our products or services. 

6. Deposits

6.1. In certain circumstances, we may require customers to make a deposit or advance payment to secure a product or service. The deposit amount, due date, and specific terms will be clearly communicated to you before the deposit is required. 
6.2. The deposit serves as a commitment to secure your order and reserve the product or service for you. The deposit amount may be a fixed sum or a percentage of the total purchase price, as specified. 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice or cause.
